I have to say that for the price is an excellent starter’s kit; however if someone needs to get serious about painting with airbrush systems in a frequent basis then this system will not make the cut. Here are the reasons: a)the compressor tends to overheat after extended periods of use b)the airbrush is good for detailed paintings that require low air pressure, but is not adequate for spraying larger areas quickly. The airbrush did not come with cleaning instructions so whomever wants to buy this kit I recommend to do some research on how to clean and maintain this product. Our airbrush got clogged after six months and we had no idea how to take it apart or clean it so we ended up buying another airbrush with better maintenance instructions.

I’m not an expert on airbrushes or spray guns but did you try thinning your paint first? In my opinion, whether it’s house paint or auto paint, ALL paints should be thinned/reduced to a consistency similar to milk, before brushing or spraying.
I couldn’t get it to work after 1 hour of messing with it out of the box. I finally got some air to flow through after loosening certain hose connection points. Even then the paint either flowed too heavy or too thin. The gun is made so cheaply that I had a tough time putting the internal pieces back in their designed locations. I have messed with it for about 3 hours total and never did get it to work properly. I have put it back in the box and chalked it up as a loss.
I bought one of these for using duracoat on firearms and it is the worst piece of equipment i have ever seen.
The top leaks, no matter how tight you try to put the lid on. The valve broke on the brush. The tubes and such get clogged easily……i hate this thing.
I have had 3 of these airbrushes over the past 14 years and find they are fine for most all types of painting except for very fine lines or dots. Most of that can be overcome by masking.
I have used this now for about six months. I had no airbrush experience when I purchased it and have used it for basic jobs, such as painting the hull on my model ship. It took me awhile to adjust it properly but then it did the job I was asking it to do. I only use water based paints so it is easy to clean and maintain. Don’t expect to do hairline stripes or other fine detail work, this isn’t the tool for that. I have had no problems with this, as long as it is clean, and it is the ideal airbrush to learn with.
It’s my first air brush, I use it with regular heavy duty air compressor, and its work fine, the air brush have the adapter. Its easy to clean, and I’m not scary about to brake something in that little thing. So I think its good choice for beginners!
very versatile product, excellent, durable, high quality, very good and responsible seller.This product provided me a lot in my work and crafts, great for any type of paint solvent with water, so as not edible, although I have not tested with other types of paint.
I bought this airbrush for my son who has never used an airbrush before. 10 to 15 minutes after opening the package we had it together and were painting. He loves it! very easy to use and clean, lots of different attachments/paints available online or at the hobby stores. Excellent product for a great price!
This set really hooks you up for immediate airbrushing! Dual action/internal mix airbrush, portable compressor, adjustable regulator & air hose; everything but the paint. This is my first airbrush and probably all I’ll need for a while. A little advanced for my skill level, yet not intimidating & the company is very helpful, too.
Uppon arrival, the regulator on the air compressor was in non-working order. After placing a call to the supplier, a new one was quickly sent and has worked very well. This system is very easy to use and so far I have had out standing results. I use it to paint model car bodies. This setup has made a world of diffrence in the quality of the build ups. Everything hooks up very easily and can be running in about 5 to 10 minutes. I am a beginner at air brushing so it would be nice if the set up came with some sort of instruction manual. I was left guessing on the hook up but figured it out, however, I still have two parts that I am not sure what their use is. Over all I am satified with the product and the service of the supplier.
I bought this so i can learn to airbrush. this is great because it is small, portable,easy to hook up, and light-weight. the airbrush is perfect. i would DEFINITELY recommend this item to anyone who wants to airbrush.

Being a Cake Decorator…I really love the control on this airbrush…the fact that you can set your PSI to the pressure that will not blow a whole in your icing is GREAT! I really do like the fact that it is small and compact…I have not been disappointed with mine. I have had it over 6 months now.

I finally got around to using it this past wednesday and it worked wonderfully! Just like one I had used in a comercial store in the past!
